Program Process

• Assess their aptitude and interest.
• Identify a career that aligns with their results.
• Enroll in a program or school to become certified or obtain a degree in that field.
• The case manager will map out a plan to address childcare issues, scholarship information, and any barriers our participants may be facing.
• Organize financial literacy, personal wellness, and counseling classes.
• In addition to completing the program, we will assist with interview skills and work attire.
• In the future, we will continue to provide support to our participants.
