This is a very competitive application process designed to assist low-income single-parent families while the parent is earning their certification or college degree. In addition to financial assistance, we provide other program services to our program recipients. Services received will depend on the level of scholarship a student receives from our organization.
NURSING STUDENTS: You must either be on the waiting list OR have already begun nursing school in order to apply.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Be a U.S. citizen or legal resident
Reside in St. Louis or St. Charles counties, Missouri
Have at least one child living with them that is under the age of 11
Have an adjusted gross income at or below 150% of the federal poverty guidelines
Be legally single or divorced and not living with a domestic partner
Be willing to participate in the organization’s Romans 1210 Community meetings (6 meetings per year)
Agree to follow program guidelines
Be a responsible and responsive program participant
