Our Case Managers are an integral part of our program.  They come along side our participants as they go through our program and provide support for them every step of the way.

Cindy Baskin - Cindy received her BS from LSU and worked as a Medical Technologist at Woman’s Hospital in Baton Rouge, Louisiana for several years. After moving to Missouri, she was blessed with the opportunity to stay home with her children for 16 years. She was involved in several church ministries and volunteering at her children's schools during those years. After being out of the workforce for several years, Cindy returned to working part-time at St Charles Community College for nearly 14 years. She and her husband, George, have been married for 42 years and have four adult children and five grandchildren.

Terri Jo Conger - Terri Jo Conger is dedicated to making a difference in her community, especially when it comes to supporting single parents striving for a better future through education. As a volunteer at Romans 12:10, she brings a wealth of experience from her former roles as a board member at Oasis Food Pantry, PTA board member, and Girl Scout co-leader. Her commitment to service is reflected in every role she’s held, from meeting planner for a national seminar company to project manager, preschool administrative assistant, and ad layout and design specialist.
Terri Jo’s passion for helping others is matched only by her love for her family, friendships, and dogs. She’s always ready to offer support and encouragement to those around her, believing in the power of community and education to change lives.
